Marko Rogl is an attorney at law and the founder of Law Firm Rogl.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana (2000). After completing a judicial traineeship at the Higher Court in Ljubljana, he successfully passed the bar exam in 2003.

His practice focuses primarily on transactional law (mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, financial restructuring), commercial contracts, and litigation, criminal, and insolvency proceedings.

Sabina Baloh is an attorney at law at Law Firm Rogl.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana (2005). After completing an attorney and judicial traineeship at the Higher Court in Ljubljana, she successfully passed the bar exam in 2008.

Dajana Janjatović, PhD, is an attorney at law at Law Firm Rogl.

She graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana, in 2013. After completing an attorney traineeship, she passed the bar exam in 2017. In 2021, she was awarded the title of Doctor of Science after successfully defending her doctoral thesis on preventing the secondary victimisation of child victims of domestic violence.

Her practice focuses primarily on transactional law (mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, financial restructuring), commercial contracts, construction and real estate law, regulatory compliance, and litigation and criminal proceedings.
